Emerald Coast Marketing & Vending was founded in March 2020 when businesses urgently needed safe, reliable food and beverage access during lockdowns. What began as a single vending route quickly grew into a regional service trusted by hotels, offices, gyms, schools, and government facilities across Tallahassee, Marianna, and South Georgia.
Our founder, Richard Spencer, combined his expertise in technology, workflow optimization, and automation to modernize how vending operates — turning every placement into a seamless experience for both clients and customers.
Today, we proudly manage a fleet of modern Dixie Narco and AMS machines, each equipped with digital payment systems, telemetry tracking, and AI-powered inventory management — maintaining 98% uptime and 24-hour service response.
