Hi, I’m Richard Spencer — a vending business owner, marketing strategist, and founder of Emerald Coast Marketing & Vending. I help new and experienced vendors find high-performing locations, inspect machines before buying, and grow consistent monthly revenue using proven systems. With hands-on vending expertise, I’ve built a track record of helping others break into the industry and scale profitably.

Over the years, I’ve learned what truly makes a vending location profitable — from machine placement and foot traffic to real-world negotiation and smart expansion. Today, I help new and experienced vendors save time, avoid costly mistakes, and build real income through vending.

When I’m not managing routes or coaching other vendors, I also work as a Senior Analyst in Data Management with deep experience in OCR optimization, AI-powered document extraction, and prompt engineering for Amazon Textract and Google Gemini Vision.  That’s where I created The AI Prompt Vault, a resource for professionals who want to streamline operations using advanced OCR and AI workflows.
